At Home+ collects Personal Information about you only when you voluntarily provide it. Typically, we will seek consent for the use or disclosure of your Personal Information at the time of collection. In certain circumstances, consent may be sought after the information has been collected but before use (for example, when we want to use information for a purpose not previously identified).
The form of consent that we seek, including whether it is express or implied, will largely depend on the sensitivity of the Personal Information and your reasonable expectations in the circumstances.
You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. What are Cookies and are they used on the At Home+ Website?
"Cookies" are helpful pieces of information about you that a website places in the browser directory of your computer’s hard disk. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store on your web browser and later retrieve. Through the use of these cookies, our web server may collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the domain name you used to access this website, the type and version of web browser and operating system you are using, the number, duration and frequency of visits to our website and the website you came from and visit next. At Home+ does not link, share or associate the contents of the session cookie with any other information in a way that would enable the identification of visitors to our website nor do we track or link together multiple visits by any single user over time. This information is used by us for analytical and statistical purposes. Server log information is also analysed by us in order to improve our website and to customize the website for users. Cookies can make your return visits to the website more convenient. They are used to do the "record keeping" that allows a computer to remember who you are when you visit the site. The cookie cannot be read by any website other than the one that set up the cookies. Cookies are not required to utilize the site, however, turning on cookies will make your online experience more personal and more enjoyable. You should be aware that some browsers can be set to reject all cookies. If a user chooses to modify a browser in this manner, the pages of our website will continue to function properly, however, you will have to enter your user identification number each time you visit our website. In addition, from time to time, server logs may be reviewed for security purposes; for example, to detect unauthorized activity on our website. In such cases, server log data, containing IP addresses, would be shared with law enforcement bodies in order that they may identify users in connection with their investigation of the unauthorized activities. As noted above, the technical and statistical information that is automatically collected through the use of cookies whenever you visit At Home+ is used to help us improve the site and the member experience.

When we receive your order, the information is kept encrypted until we are ready to process your request. You will see a small key or padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser if you are using Netscape or Microsoft browsers, indicating that your transaction is secure. In addition, we meet all of the stringent requirements of the VerisignTM security seal for all online transactions.
Internal access to member information is protected and can only be accessed by password. We also contract with industry experts to institute and review web security on a periodic basis.
